Shipping Policy
Free Click & Collect from our Brisbane Store:
Simply place your order online and select Pick up in Store. You will receive an email confirming your order is ready to collect; we aim to do this within 4 hours. Once confirmed, you may collect your order at your earliest convenience.

Shipping from our Brisbane Store:
We ship domestically and internationally through Australia Post.
Domestic (Australia Only)
- Free Standard Shipping for orders over $149 AUD (excluding bulky items).
- Standard Shipping: $12 AUD for regular items, $18 AUD for bulky products.
- Express Shipping: $17 AUD for regular items, $25 AUD for bulky products.
- Orders placed before 2 PM Brisbane time (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day.
- Bulky items refer to items such as oversized hats or large costumes. Bulky rates are displayed at the checkout if applicable.
Same Day Delivery (Brisbane Only)
While our couriers do not offer same-day delivery, Uber pickup is available. If you need an item urgently, please contact us to confirm product availability then select ‘Pick up in store’ at the checkout. Once we have notified you that your order is ready for collection, you will need to arrange an Uber to collect it from our store. The driver must come into the store for pickup.
Note: We are not responsible for items once collected by Uber. This service is not available for hire costumes.
Online Only Orders from Warehouses & Split Shipments
- Most products ship from our Brisbane store. Some orders may be directed to Melbourne or Sydney warehouses if Brisbane stock is low.
- Some orders may be split into multiple shipments. Tracking details for each shipment will be provided as soon as available.
- Warehouse dispatch times (Victoria & NSW) : Orders placed before 12 PM Local time (Mon-Fri) are generally dispatched the same day. Local time refers to individual warehouse address, which may be Melbourne or Sydney .
Hire Costumes
- Hire costumes must be collected from our Brisbane store.
- Returns by post are accepted. If returning by post, please notify us and provide a tracking number.
